Postings enable clients to acquire brine-hosted minerals rights through an electronic disposition request. Clients are able to query mineral rights availability and also submit posting requests for a Public Offering.

Bidding

Bidding enable clients to acquire brine-hosted minerals rights through an electronic disposition request. Clients will be able to select the parcels being offered for a sale, and if interested in acquiring the rights submit bid requests for a public offering using this system.

Sales Schedule

Sales schedule for the Public Offering of Crown brine-hosted rights. This schedule provides the sale date and the publication date of each sale along with the date ranges for submitting posting requests.
